CHINA → MEXICO · DDP
Every shipment we move is imported on a formal pedimento and invoiced with a deductible Mexican CFDI. What the consignee receives is a complete, verifiable, bookable set of import documents — not just a container at the door.
We run one operating model: declared, cleared and invoiced formally in the importer’s name. This is what comes with every shipment we move.
Most Mexican clearance problems do not start at the port. They are set in motion before the booking. That is why classification and admissibility come first.
Confirm the Mexican tariff code from product, material and end use; calculate duty, VAT and related charges; check whether NOM certification or prior clearance applies.
Reconcile the commercial invoice, packing list and product data. Values, quantities, descriptions and marks must match the actual cargo.
FCL and LCL both accepted. Booking, stuffing, export clearance and ocean freight, with milestone updates throughout.
A licensed Mexican customs broker (Agente Aduanal) files the import declaration and pays the duties, producing the formal pedimento.
Inland transport to the delivery address in Mexico, together with the pedimento, tax invoice and payment receipts.
We confirm all of these with the client at quotation stage — not once the container has arrived.
The Mexican tariff code often differs from the code used on export from China. That is normal, not an error. Rates vary widely, and different parts within one shipment can attract different rates, so each line is confirmed individually.
Some categories require NOM certification or a labelling compliance document before import. Certificates are issued against specific models, not a whole product family. Lead time runs in weeks, so it is confirmed before sailing — never after arrival.
Declared on the real transaction value, with freight and other additions included as required. The declared value must reconcile with the commercial invoice and the payment records.
The pedimento, the tax invoice and the payment receipts form one chain. Miss any one of them and, even with the goods in hand, the accounting and resale side remains a problem.
Send us the product, material, end use, quantity and destination city. We complete the tariff classification and admissibility check first, then quote a delivered, duty-paid price. If certification is involved, we say so before quoting.
